We are a South London franchise for a national company. As part of our agreement we are compared and monitored against other franchises in the UK and so we must always improve financial performance to keep our franchise contract.

  1. H&L has developed performance indicators that are used by staff and directors to spot early signs of downturn. We can now take early actions such as increased marketing efforts to bring the sales back up.
  2. H&L also developed staff remuneration and bonus structure so people are motivated and correctly rewarded.
  3. We were paying rent for 8 years but now own our own business premises with passive rental income. This is thanks to H&L who prepared our finances into a shape that is acceptable by the banks’ lending criteria. H&L then organised commercial lending and dealt with the bank until the loan was received.
