The recycling industry has been going through some tough changes imposing tight regulations and approvals from Local Councils, the Environmental Agency and the Police.

  • H&L have applied and got for us all the necessary approvals for our new site to carry out our business. Gaining the approvals included creating new policies, staff licensing, changes to cash and banking and especially changes in record keeping.
  • H&L legal advisor has been on the call when unexpected control visits were carried out by the authorities.
  • H&L has introduced weekly Profit and Loss reporting that we now use to manage the staff bonuses as well as plan for expansion. We also set up company pension and regular dividend payments.
