  1. H&L helped with defining roles for the new Directors. It included the role spec, reward, bonus scheme and other benefits so we can attract the right candidates.
  2. We have outsourced our back office, financial reporting and payroll service to H&L including calculations, payments, and other HR issues. Our people can now focus on activities relevant to high quality service, innovation and growth.
  3. H&L have provided strategic guidance so we can sustain the leading edge over our competitors.
